Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

How program materials and prescription medication, when prescribed, are prepared and delivered.

Prescription fulfillment

Elevated MD does not dispense or ship prescription medication. After a licensed provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate and issues a valid prescription, a licensed pharmacy handles preparation, dispensing, packaging and shipment.

Processing times

Clinical review and pharmacy processing times vary. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee. A pharmacy may need clarification, additional patient information or authorization before dispensing. Weekends, holidays, weather, supply constraints and carrier interruptions can affect delivery.

Shipping address and receipt

You are responsible for providing a complete address where delivery is legally permitted and can be received promptly. Some shipments may require an adult signature. Contact support immediately if an address must be corrected; changes may not be possible after pharmacy processing begins.

Temperature-sensitive shipments

Follow all pharmacy-provided storage instructions upon delivery. Packaging appearance or temperature on arrival does not by itself establish whether medication is usable. Contact the dispensing pharmacy using the information on the package before using medication if you have a temperature, damage or storage concern.

Delays, loss or damage

Report a missing, damaged or incorrect shipment promptly to the dispensing pharmacy and Elevated MD support. Keep all packaging and do not use medication that appears altered, opened, damaged or incorrectly labeled. Replacement decisions are subject to pharmacy investigation, applicable law and the relevant carrier process.

Non-prescription materials

Program supplies or other non-prescription items may ship separately and may use different carriers or timelines. Tracking is provided when available.

No drop-shipping representation

Prescription medication is not ordinary retail drop-shipped merchandise. It is dispensed to an identified patient by a licensed pharmacy only after a valid prescription and required care have been provided.
