Changes in how you feel deserve a real medical conversation.

Sleep, energy, recovery and body-composition concerns can have many causes. Elevated MD helps connect eligible adults with an independent licensed provider who can review the full picture—not simply one symptom or one product.

What changes with age?

The body’s growth-hormone production changes across adulthood. But symptoms sometimes associated with those changes can also be caused by sleep disorders, nutrition, stress, medications and other health conditions.

That is why treatment begins with a medical intake and provider evaluation. Sermorelin should not be used as a shortcut for self-diagnosis.

Treatment explained

How Sermorelin works.

Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It signals the pituitary gland to stimulate the body’s own release of growth hormone. Whether that pathway is appropriate depends on an individual medical evaluation.

Questions before you begin

Sermorelin program FAQ.

What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It acts at the pituitary gland to stimulate the body’s release of growth hormone. A licensed provider must determine whether it is appropriate for an individual patient.

Is Sermorelin FDA-approved?

Sermorelin is not currently marketed as an FDA-approved drug product. When a compounded preparation is prescribed, it is prepared for an individual patient by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.

Does completing the intake guarantee a prescription?

No. A licensed provider independently reviews your medical history, current medications, goals and other relevant information. The provider may prescribe, request more information, recommend another option or determine that treatment is not appropriate.

How quickly should I expect results?

Response and timing vary from person to person, and no particular outcome or timeline is guaranteed. Your provider can explain what monitoring and follow-up are appropriate for your plan.

How is treatment taken?

The prescribed formulation and instructions depend on the provider’s decision and the dispensing pharmacy. If treatment is prescribed, follow the patient-specific label and pharmacy instructions exactly. Do not change your dose without clinical guidance.

What side effects are possible?

Prescription treatment can cause side effects. Report new or worsening symptoms to your provider. Potential reactions may include injection-site pain, redness or swelling, headache, flushing, dizziness or nausea. Seek urgent care for signs of a serious allergic reaction or another medical emergency.

Is the program available to everyone?

No. Eligibility depends on medical history, provider judgment, the patient’s physical location and applicable state requirements. Additional records, laboratory testing or in-person care may be required.

Who dispenses and ships medication?

Elevated MD does not prescribe, dispense or ship medication. Independent licensed providers make clinical decisions, and a licensed U.S. pharmacy dispenses and ships medication only after receiving a valid prescription.

What if I am not prescribed treatment?

The provider will explain appropriate next steps, which may include a different option, additional evaluation or in-person care. Any program, cancellation or refund terms disclosed at checkout still apply, so review them before enrolling.
