Our role in your care journey
Elevated MD provides a technology and administrative platform that helps connect patients with independent licensed medical providers and, when medication is prescribed, licensed dispensing pharmacies. Elevated MD does not make clinical decisions and does not itself prescribe or dispense prescription medication.
Prescription eligibility
Completing an intake or purchasing access to a program does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider exercises independent medical judgment and may determine that treatment is not appropriate or that additional information or in-person care is needed.
Certification status
Elevated MD does not claim certification, accreditation or approval from LegitScript or any other third party unless and until that status has been formally granted and is current.
